Customer Care 
Services to hospital customers, home patients and distributors are provided by dedicated Customer Care teams at our Droitwich, London or International offices in Germany and the Middle East.


Training and Product Development
Kimal has a dedicated training facility at our Bromsgrove site where demonstrations and hands-on training can be provided. The Kimal “kitchen” is a unique facility where clinical customers can compile there own packs and procedural solutions, selecting their preferred components from numerous alternatives and specifying assembly requirements.

Logistics and Inventory Management
Operating from Kimal’s global distribution centre at Droitwich, Kimal can provide inventory management and delivery services tailored to particular customer needs and according to agreed service levels.

 

Patient Scheduled Management Service
Kimal also provides a home delivery service to renal patients and patient specific deliveries to hospital renal units. With cold storage and a pharmacy facility on site, Kimal’s Patient Scheduled Management Service receives an order for all the requirements of a particular patient, including prescription items if required. Required items may include consumables contracted by the hospital to another supplier; these are then delivered in a patient specific, labelled box. 

 

Manufacturing
Operating in compliance with ISO9001 (2000) & 13485 (2003), Kimal also provide contract manufacturing services to other medical device companies.

 

Quality and Regulatory
Kimal maintains an in-house team of Quality and Regulatory professionals responsible for ensuring quality standards, the registration of new products and working with distributors to meet local regulatory requirements.
