Kimal manufacturing operations are centred at our plant in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, where we employ over 100 people dedicated to providing quality medical devices for the healthcare market.

Our products are manufactured in four ‘Class 100,000’ clean rooms and sterilised offsite using ETO. We have an extensive list of qualified medical grade raw materials and components and considerable experience with assembly processes and test equipment.

Our commitment to supporting product development and manufacture is exemplified by our continuous materials and process innovation. In addition to this is our ever-evolving partnership approach where we work together with other manufacturers and suppliers utilising our facilities to best effect and to the benefit of our customers.

Central to our continual success is the development of Customised Procedure Packs. We are rapidly progressing to the position as one of the premier providers of packs to the UK and International market place.
