Career development within Kimal
We take pride in developing our all staff at Kimal, irrespective of their role or grade. All new employees develop their own appraisal and career programmes with their managers in their first months starting the job.
We are a learning company, and will help you to identify your training and career needs, and we have a number of programmes in place to identify and develop the skills and abilities of the employees that will make up the future of Kimal..
